I thought some of you may be interested to see inside Gleda. To see “how I manage”. I’ve made this short video of inside the port (left) hull where the galley (kitchen) and saloon (dining) space are. The hulls are actually roomier than they look from the outside. Bear in mind that this is only the middle part of the port hull. Behind the cooker, the rear of the boat, is a gas locker and a watertight compartment. Behind the seating where my yarn boxes sit, looking to the front of the boat, is a 1.5person sleeping compartment and another watertight compartment.
Yup, it is very much like caravanning on water. Everything needs it’s spot, needs to be useful or at least extremely wanted and preferably have two uses. The drink is naturally for social and medicinal purposes – see what I mean about 2 uses!
